Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Drayv mobile application (package com.drayv.drive) and its supporting services, published by Drayv (“we”, “us”, the developer). By downloading, installing, or using Drayv, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What Drayv is

Drayv is a driving-tracker app. You record a drive on your device, and Drayv produces a trip summary, ranks you on friends and regional leaderboards, and lets you claim map territory by driving. The app is currently offered free of charge.

2. Safety and lawful driving — read this

Never interact with the app while driving. Set up and start recording before you move, and only view your results once you have safely stopped.
Always obey speed limits and all traffic laws. Drayv’s speed, acceleration and performance figures are for your personal, informational interest only. They are not an invitation or encouragement to speed, race, or drive recklessly, and must never be used on public roads for those purposes.
You are solely responsible for how you drive. Drayv does not control your vehicle and is not a driver-assistance or navigation-safety system.
Do not use the app in any way that endangers you, your passengers, or others.

Leaderboards and stats reward consistent, everyday driving — not dangerous speed. Accounts used to promote unsafe or illegal driving may be removed.

3. Eligibility

You must be an adult of legal driving age in your jurisdiction, hold any required driving licence, and be legally able to enter these Terms. Drayv is not directed to children.

4. Your account

You sign in with Google or Apple. Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
One person per account; do not impersonate others or use offensive usernames or photos.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Falsify trips or manipulate results — including GPS spoofing, mock locations, or submitting drives you did not make. We validate submissions and may reject or remove implausible ones.
Abuse, harass, or harm other users, or infringe anyone’s rights.
Reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or our services.
Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

6. Leaderboards, territory and anti-cheat

Rankings and claimed territory are provided as a game feature, “as is”. To keep competition fair we may review, adjust, cap, flag, or remove results and territory that appear implausible or that violate these Terms. During the beta period, rankings, territory, and stats may be reset.

7. Your content and sharing

Your trips, profile, and the stat cards you generate are yours. When you share a card or an invite link, you make that content public and grant us a limited licence to host and display it so the sharing and referral features work. Do not share content you do not have the right to share.

8. Beta software and accuracy of metrics

Drayv is evolving software offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Speed, distance, duration, and sensor-derived figures (such as acceleration or g-force) are estimates produced from your phone’s GPS and motion sensors and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them for any purpose where accuracy matters. Some metrics are labelled “beta” or “approx” in the app.

9. Intellectual property

The Drayv app, its name, logo, and design belong to Drayv and are protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you; you receive only a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app.

10. Third-party services and app stores

Drayv relies on third parties, whose own terms also apply: Supabase (database, authentication, storage), MapTiler (map tiles), and Google and Apple for sign-in and app distribution. We are not responsible for third-party services. If you installed Drayv from the App Store or Google Play, that store’s terms also apply to your use.

11. Privacy

Your use of Drayv is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we protect it — including that we never store your raw GPS route on our servers.

12. Termination

You may stop using Drayv at any time and delete your account and data from Settings → Delete account (see our account deletion page). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drayv is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use the app at your own risk.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drayv is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your driving, your reliance on any metric, or your inability to use the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict of laws rules, unless a mandatory law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
